IS BUHARI A NIGERIAN OR A LIBYAN?

Nigeria has contiguous States with very porous borders. So many of our neighbouring States take advantage of our porous borders and migrate to Nigeria, mix with the Hausa-Fulani and they become Nigerians. ( remember Shugaba's case).

In yesterday's security summit, President Buhari said the herdsmen killing people in Nigeria are from Libya, yet we have a GRAZING RESERVE BILL at the NASS? Is it fair to assume that our President is a Libyan? How did the President know that the killer herdsmen are from Libya? Does Buhari know their family pedigrees? Are they related to him? Is Buhari a Nigerian or a Libyan?
