Bayelsa in total backout , Read why?

Bayelsa has been in a total backout for days now. Since the month of June there have been epileptic power supply. Nothing seems to be working well in the state.
Source told Naija365blog that the power supply was shut down based on the fact the public beat one of the worker of PHCN in Yenagoa.

This may be true, like in some cases in yenagoa, where PHCN exploit the general public, rip them off their pocket without justification. A lot of exploitation must have angered the frustrating public who suffer setback amidst the financial crisis.
This must be addressed. All relevant authorities should look seriously into the matter.
