Is Governor Ikpeazu Sack Justified?

This may be entirely party affair as justice will always prevail no matter the time frame. it is a matter of one holding forth his course and avoiding distraction. It is gotten, it is deserving.

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory on Monday ordered the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, to vacate office immediately while Uche Oga assume as the new Governor.

This order follows allegation that he submitted false information to his party, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, for the party’s governorship primary in December 2014.

In his ruling, Justice Okon Abang ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to immediately issue a certificate of return to the complainant, Uche Ogah.

It is recall that Mr Uche Ogah polled the second highest number of votes in the party primary election held. More details as we await reactions from the New Governor of Abia State and his well-wishers.
