SCRIPTURE:
I will instruct you (says the Lord) and guide you along the best pathway for your life; I will advise you and watch your progress. – Psalm 32:8 (TLB)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
A man’s destiny is as strong as his sense of direction.

Divine direction is very important in fulfilling the purpose of God for one’s life. There is a path God has already designed for each of His children to follow in life, according to our anchor scripture. That path must be identified in order to be followed.
How, then, do we understand God’s direction for our lives?

Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

Prayer is necessary to receiving direction in life. A man’s destiny is as strong as his sense of direction. To spend quality time in prayer is to receive unmistakable direction in life and destiny. Psalm 37:23 says, “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

Beloved, prayer makes it easy for God to order your steps in the right direction in life.
When your life is surrendered at the altar of prayer, then your steps can be ordered by God.

When you pray, God begins to direct your steps. Prayer makes you sensitive in the spirit.

Beloved, I counsel you to pray before embarking on any venture in life.

Remember this:
A man’s destiny is as strong as his sense of direction.

2. Be sensitive to avoid wrong steps in life.
