Amber Heard keeps it casual as she heads into an office building on Friday afternoon (June 3) in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actress has come forth with new shocking allegations against ex Johnny Depp seen in her defamation lawsuit against comedian Doug Stanhope.

“Depp has hit and kicked Heard on numerous occasions, has thrown objects at her, at one point suffocated her to the point where she feared for her life,” the documents read, according to People.

Amber also explained that after each attack she would return to Johnny, “hoping optimistically that the man she married would change his behavior” but that “within months, the cycle of substance abuse and violence repeated.”

She also says that Johnny‘s “drug and alcohol abuse has increased dramatically in recent years, as has his violent behavior,” calling him “an alcoholic and drug addict” and stating that the alleged attacks occurred while when he “relapsed into a cycle of substance abuse.”
