This sms is to officially inform parent/Guardian/Belary Schools and the General Public that, Philomenah I.Luarance, has been officially Dethroned as Miss Teen Culture BKP 2016. Management shall no longer refer her as a Queen of BKP and all Official privileges has been short down. thanks
