Please don't laugh too much because I'm serious about this.
Bayelsa state just announced yesterday to pay all outstanding salary to all civil servants, pensioners, politians and all appointees.

And Gov. Dickson also assured Bayelsans to be receiving their salary from 18th of every month. This will take effect from this month of May.
Isn't it amazingly amazing?
No be joke o, call your governor to confirm am......lolz
